Royal Manor Meaford
A joint venture with Royal Canadian Legion Branch 32 Meaford, Royal Manor is a seniors’ independent living residence located just steps from Sykes Street (Highway 26) in the Town of Meaford. Meaford is a quiet Georgian Bay community of 11,000 residents, half an hour’s drive from the two major regional centres of Owen Sound and Collingwood. Meaford is approximately 2.5 hours drive from Canada’s largest city, Toronto. The town also hosts a beautiful harbour and traditional small town Ontario architecture.
On the site will be built a 50 unit seniors’ independent living residence with units sold on a life lease basis (49 year lease), new Legion and resident’s amenities will be built on the ground floor of the building.
